Good location and liked the pool right from the door.

I experienced issues with the air conditioning, which struggled to keep the room cool during the day. While the staff attempted to fix it, it was still inadequate at times. The Wi-Fi was disappointing. The dining options at the resort were overpriced and didn't match the quality one would expect, leading me to seek meals elsewhere.

The venue was set in the beachfront position right by the beaches, two diving schools and tucked away in a quiet setting. The staff was exceptionally nice, they made our trip...

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a little slow.

The hotel with exceptionally clean rooms, in a great area, close to ferry. Coffee, tea, toast, fruit and eggs served in the morning.

The pool is fine, with direct access from the room and a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and excellent dining options.

I don't like somethinks for example. When you want to pay the change your many for rupias is too much expensil, in all place the change is 1 dollar 8300 rupias but in the hotel 1 dollar 8750 rupias.

The very nice unique pool design allowed us to relax directly from our terrace. Live music during our stay added a lovely touch, enhancing the overall ambiance of the resort.

I liked the hotel, it's relaxing, it has exceptional staff and good location...

Serene environment, excellent location, the outdoor swimming pool was directly accessible from my room, awesome for a refreshing dip at any time, and the included breakfast options provided were delicious and satisfying.

Location is very good, close to the beach area. Also the main street on the island and restaurants are close to the hotel.

Conditions of the room is run down. Hotel provides only bare essentials. There is no spring water in the hotel and there was no any notice about that in the hotel description.

The walls were very thin, and in spite of the heat in the middle of july, it was in-and-out wind in the night. Two-storeyed bungalow - had to climb to second floor to the room, and bathroom was on the first floor

Request room service for breakfast instead of dining at the restaurant. It allows for a more relaxed start to your day with privacy.

The closeness to the beach, good location. Welcoming staff.

Some communication difficulties with the staff. Some uninvited guest in our room, cockroaches. No hot water, we must have missed that when booking.

The Gili Air Lagoon offered a great location just off the beach with an infinity pool adjacent to the restaurant/bar. The staff were helpful and the room, while dated, had a strong air conditioning system and always provided hot water. The breakfast included was not only basic but also delicious, and despite some minor issues, the blissful ambiance was great.

Some facilities were in need of maintenance.
